Genere un PDF desde un envío

Open the Academy demo form and choose Workflow. Choose Add Step, then Generate PDF.

Give the document a clear title. We will call it Volunteer Intake Summary. This title will identify the document produced for each new response.

Choose the answers to include. Select Applicant Name, Applicant Email, and Years of Experience. Review the document labels so the PDF will be easy to read. Only select the fields that belong in this summary.

Check the mapping from each form field to its document label. The form answer supplies the value. The label explains that value in the PDF. The workflow will use the answers from the submitted response.

Save the workflow, then activate it if needed. Confirm that the workflow is Active and the Generate PDF step is present before creating the test response.

Open the practice form. Enter Demo Alex and the practice email address. Enter three for Years of Experience, complete the other required fields, and submit the response.

After the confirmation, return to the form's Submissions view. Find the response you just created and open its details. Check the name, email and experience answers so you know which response you are viewing.

Locate Generated documents. Open Volunteer Intake Summary. This is the document generated for this submission, not a blank copy of the form.

Read the PDF. The title identifies the summary. Applicant Name shows Demo Alex. Applicant Email matches the practice address from the response. Years of Experience shows three. Each value came from the fields we selected.

Check that the summary includes the intended answers and that the text is readable. If the document spans more than one page, review each page before using it.

Return to the submission and open the generated document again. The saved document remains attached to this response, so an authorized team member can return to it later.

You have now configured a PDF, mapped the form answers, submitted a response, and opened the finished document. Next, we will follow a document through Intaria Sign, from invitation to a completed signature.
