Once responses arrive, Submissions is where you review them.

In this Intaria Academy lesson, we'll find an example response and read its details. Every name and email in this walkthrough is fictitious.

Start in Forms and open the form you want to review. We're using Academy Demo, Volunteer Intake.

From the builder, select Submissions. Check the form name before you begin, so you're reviewing responses from the correct application or event.

Our example form has four submissions: Demo Alex, Demo Blair, Demo Casey, and Demo Drew. Each row is one response.

The total gives you a quick sense of how many responses this form has collected before you start looking for a particular one.

Use Search to enter Alex. The list narrows to the matching response, while the total still shows four.

Read the visible rows to see your search results; the total is not the search count.

Clear the search to bring the full list back.

Open Alex's submission to review the complete response.

Here we can read the demo email and the availability and interests answer: weekends, community garden. Reviewing the full answer gives you context before you decide what your team needs to do next.
