Intaria provides an AI-powered form building and workflow automation platform. The service includes form creation, submission management, workflow execution, and related features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You agree not to use Intaria to collect protected health information (PHI), full payment card numbers, or any data prohibited by applicable law. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to Intaria. We do not claim ownership over your form schemas, submissions, or workflows.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will notify you of planned maintenance when possible.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
